An on-site gastroenterology and hepatology service is available. This provides timely and quality access to consultation for all gastrointestinal and liver problems (such as positive FOBT, reflux, swallowing problems, abdominal pain, liver function derangement, iron deficiency, gastrointestinal bleeding, digestive difficulties and weight management problems). A current GP referral is required.
An onsite Endocrinology service is available through an external provider. These doctors specialise in treating people with a range of conditions caused by hormone problems affecting the endocrine system such as diabetes, menopause and thyroid problems.

An onsite Cardiology service is available through an external provider. Cardiologists diagnose and treat heart conditions which cause symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting or palpitations. Cardiologists also treat conditions like high blood pressure and cholesterol to help prevent serious conditions such as heart attacks and heart failure. A GP referral is required.
Dr Joel Winney graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2019 with his Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine. He completed his hospital training at Concord, Canterbury and Royal Prince Alfred hospitals and has since worked in several GP practices across Sydney.
If you’ve met Joel you’ll know he loves all aspects of general practice. He has a particular interest in paediatrics, men’s health, musculoskeletal medicine and preventative health. He has completed further training including the Sydney Child Health Program.
When he’s not working, Joel enjoys cooking (and eating) good food, spending time with his family and friends, a hit of tennis or finding a trail to hike.
Dr George Nohra completed his medical studies at Western Sydney University, prior to which he completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Cardiophysiology at Sydney University. He completed his hospital training at Westmead and Auburn hospitals and has since worked in several GP practices across Western Sydney. Dr George is passionate about General Practice and enjoys the opportunity to provide continuity of care. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a particular interest in Preventative Medicine, Men’s Health and Skin Cancer.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and supporting his beloved Parramatta Eels.

Dr Keshini (Kesh) Nanthakumar graduated from the University of New South Wales. She undertook her training in Blacktown-Mount Druitt and Bathurst Hospital. She has an interest in paediatrics and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program. She can do simple procedures such as biopsies and Implanon insertion/removals. She can speak English and Tamil.
In her spare time, Kesh loves playing with animals and enjoys traveling around the world to experience new cultures.
Dr Marian Kodsy worked in the Emergency Department at Westmead Hospital before starting General Practice in 1995.She completed her FRACGP in 1997.
She speaks English French and Arabic fluently. She has a special interest in women’s health, pediatrics and mental Health.
She is involved in General Practice Teaching Programs in Sydney and overseas.
In her spare time Dr Kodsy enjoys family time and sports, especially basketball.
She has a passion for traveling and exploring other cultures.
Dr. Kodsy has been working in general practice since 2003, prior to this he trained in several hospitals in Sydney including Westmead and Liverpool Hospitals. He completed his RACGP fellowship in 1996.
Dr. Kodsy has a passion for teaching. He is involved in General Practice Teaching Programs in Sydney and overseas.
He speaks three languages, English, French, and Arabic.
Dr. Kodsy is interested in various aspects of General Practice; he enjoys working with families and has a special interest in geriatrics, mental health, and dermatology/skin cancer.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to jazz music.
Dr. Ruhl has been working in General Practice since 2004. He worked in the Central Coast of NSW including working in a skin cancer clinic from 2004-2008. From 2008 to present he has worked in Erskine Park Family Clinic.
He specialises in working with families and children. His other interests include family life, fishing, and soccer.
Dr. Penna previously worked as a rural General Practitioner for over 20 years before returning to Sydney.
This included working in General Practice obstetrics and anesthesia, which is one of his special interests.
Dr. Penna has extensive experience in emergency and trauma medicine.
He enjoys spending time with his family on his days off.
Dr. Thanursini Muttusamy started at this practice in 2017 as a general practice registrar and has continued with us since as a fully qualified General Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at Western Sydney University in 2012. Before commencing general practice, she worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for a few years and obtained her Diploma with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She is also a registered antenatal shared care provider in Western Sydney.
Dr Carol completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2015 in Queensland, Australia. After graduating she proceeded to work in Westmead, Blacktown and Mt Druitt Hospital. She completed further training and courses in interests such as Paediatrics through the Sydney Child Health program and obtained her fellowship with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Kodsi has a special interest in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Mental Health, Heart disease, and Diabetes. She is very passionate about holistic care, prevention and family medicine.
Dr Carol Kodsi is happily married and out of work will often be seen walking her dog and gathering with family and friends.
Dr. Nithy Muhunthan has been practicing in the Australian healthcare system since 2011 and moved into General Practice (GP) specialisation in 2013.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and holds additional qualifications including Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DRANZCOG) and a Diploma in Child Health.
She holds expertise and special interests in children and women’s health, preventative health, travel vaccination, chronic disease management, and child and adolescent psychology. She also holds procedural skills including cervical screening, Implanon insertion, Mirena insertion, and minor skin procedures.
In addition to English, she can also consult in Tamil and Sinhala. During her spare time, Dr. Nithy enjoys her family time and she loves gardening and cooking as leisure. She enjoys traveling and exploring cultures and histories.
Dr D’Cunha was a medical student at Erskine Park Family Clinic for a 10-week placement in early 2015, which he thoroughly enjoyed and vowed to return.
He graduated from The University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) and Doctor of Medicine
He then trained as a junior doctor at Nepean Hospital before undertaking his General Practice fellowship training in Northern NSW and Tamworth for three years. He gained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in October 2021.
Keeping to his promise, he has returned to Erskine Park Family Clinic and enjoys being able to work in his home suburb and local Erskine Park community he grew up in.
Dr Russell has a special interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine from the Australasian College of Dermatologists. He provides full-body skin cancer checks with dermoscopy and is also able to perform minor surgical procedures such as biopsies, liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy and Implanon insertion/removal.
Outside of work, he is a passionate aviator and hold a Private Pilot Licence. He is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight and also enjoys playing the piano.
